Accessible product choices

  • High-contrast color pairings, readable typography, focus-visible controls, larger tap targets, and semantic landmarks are used across the portal.
  • Policy pages and help content are structured for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and zoomed layouts.

Communication support

  • Chat remains available during call flows, location messages can include plain-text context, and future premium accessibility features can include transcription and translated summaries.
  • Users can contact support if they encounter barriers, and we use that feedback to prioritize improvements.
