- EgaFind is a technology platform that facilitates discovery, communication, bookings, marketplace activity, and escrow-supported transaction workflows between independent participants. EgaFind does not ordinarily manufacture goods, employ artisans as staff, or guarantee the performance, legality, safety, quality, or suitability of services or products listed by users.
- ### 2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be legally eligible to form a binding agreement and to engage in the relevant transaction type under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

- Customers, artisans, sellers, and other participants are independently responsible for the representations they make, the services they perform, the goods they list, and the obligations they undertake. Escrow support does not create a guarantee that every transaction will be completed without loss, delay, or dispute.

- You authorize EgaFind and its payment partners to process payments, fees, settlements, refunds, reversals, reserves, and charges associated with your platform use. Applicable taxes may be added or withheld where required. Users remain responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance unless otherwise required by law.

You may not use EgaFind to violate sanctions, anti-money laundering laws, export controls, consumer protection laws, or intellectual property rights.
- ### 11. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
- EgaFind may suspend, restrict, hold funds, limit functionality, remove content, or terminate access at any time where we reasonably believe there is fraud, policy violation, legal exposure, risk, non-payment, abuse, unsafe conduct, or other material concern. Termination does not eliminate obligations already accrued, including payment obligations, indemnities, dispute obligations, or compliance holds.

- All rights in the EgaFind brand, platform, code, design, infrastructure, interface, workflows, and related intellectual property remain with EgaFind and its licensors. - The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. - Where escrow applies, funds may remain held during review. EgaFind may pause release while facts are assessed. Escrow support reduces transaction risk but does not eliminate all user responsibility, nor does it guarantee every claim will succeed.

- Refunds may be unavailable for dissatisfaction unsupported by objective evidence, user error, change-of-mind circumstances, delays caused by the claimant, force majeure events, unauthorized off-platform changes, or cases where the dispute concerns issues clearly outside the agreed service scope.
