Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are designed to balance customer flexibility with artisan time, travel, and platform reliability.

Before assignment

  • A customer may cancel a search or request before assignment with no transport penalty, subject to reroute or abuse rules for free-tier accounts.

After assignment or while en route

  • If the artisan has already committed travel time, a transport or no-show penalty may be charged according to the active job terms and platform settings.
  • Repeated late cancellations can affect trust score, ranking, and premium entitlements.
