Refund Policy

Refund outcomes depend on the payment type, the state of the job, provider processing rules, and any evidence gathered through chat, location, and support review.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins unless required by law or approved after a verified platform issue.
  • Cancelling auto-renew stops future billing; existing paid access continues until the billing period ends.

Escrow and wallet payments

  • Unreleased escrow can be refunded to the customer when a no-show, failed service, or successful dispute warrants reversal.
  • Released escrow amounts cannot be unilaterally clawed back and may require a support review, reimbursement, or legal process depending on the case.
