The following rules protect customers, artisans, and the integrity of the EgaFind marketplace.

Forbidden conduct

Impersonation, abusive communications, violence, harassment, discriminatory conduct, extortion, fake locations, off-platform bait-and-switch pricing, and payment fraud are prohibited.
Accounts may not misuse reroutes, chargebacks, referral abuse, fake ratings, or automated scraping of platform data.

Professional conduct

Artisans must represent their skills accurately, arrive professionally, respect customer property, and comply with safety and legal trade obligations.
Customers must provide accurate service details, maintain a safe environment, and honor approved releases and agreed milestones where work has been performed.
