Using EgaFind

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to the EgaFind apps, website, messaging tools, payment services, and marketplace features provided by Egaforce.

Marketplace role

EgaFind facilitates discovery, communication, routing, identity controls, payment orchestration, escrow records, and dispute tooling.
Service quality, legal trade compliance, and on-site performance remain the responsibility of the service provider and customer involved in each booking.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and comply with local law, building standards, tax rules, and platform policies.
Profiles may be suspended or removed for fraud, abuse, impersonation, chargeback abuse, unsafe conduct, or repeated policy violations.

Payments and disputes

Escrow, subscriptions, wallet credits, and payouts are governed by the pricing and dispute rules visible at booking and within the app.
Platform-led dispute decisions may freeze, split, refund, or release funds based on evidence, policy, and legal obligations.
